Most heating systems use a medium for heat transfer, which contains various impurities such as lime, calcium, magnesium, oxides, carbonates, as well as larger particles such as welding residues, metal shavings, and dirt. These impurities may cause system failures. The exhaust and sewage device is installed in the system circuit to remove these particles from the medium. Impurity particles settle in the collection chamber of the sewage device. By opening the sewage device and discharging a small amount of medium, impurities can be washed out. Clean media have better thermal conductivity in the system, providing faster heating that helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions, minimize system failures, and enable better system operation. The exhaust and sewage device solves the problem caused by bubbles in the system, and the exhaust valve can automatically discharge the gas. |
